Severe pelvic or abdominal pain
Sudden, intense pain that may indicate ovarian torsion, ectopic pregnancy, or acute infection.
Heavy vaginal bleeding
Soaking through pads rapidly, passing large clots, or feeling lightheaded.
Signs of ectopic pregnancy
Sharp pelvic pain, shoulder pain, dizziness, or fainting in early pregnancy.
Severe infection symptoms
High fever, severe pelvic pain, vomiting, or foul discharge.
Sudden severe pelvic mass symptoms
Acute pain with nausea or vomiting, suggesting rupture or torsion.
Chest pain or shortness of breath
Especially in patients using hormonal contraception due to clot risk.
Severe dizziness or fainting
Can indicate hemorrhage or hemodynamic instability.
